Urbanization is one of the most significant transformations in human civilization and will continue to play a major role in the way we live and evolve as a society.
As the world emerged stronger from the wake of the pandemic, it has also evoked a greater urgency to reflect on every individual's life in our living space. It is time to redefine our view of urban living and its role in shaping a more people-centric, emotionally connected, data-driven, and sustainable future especially in growing hubs in Asia. Where densely populated and highly connected environments are our homes, where we work, learn, play, and socialize. They are hubs for innovation and creativity, a catalyst for new technologies that could help us tackle some of the biggest challenges we face today.
The dynamic and cultural perceptions of color can be powerful influences of inspiration, especially in urban settings. We will explore how color impacts the mood within one’s home setting, one’s community, and those who share the community. We will look at how advancing technology includes color theory and psychology in the home environment to improve, and support health and emotional well-being.
Design is the result of what comes from within us. It's all about the invitation to interaction. It's all that comes from who we truly are, what we love and believe in, from our culture, and our environment. It's all there. Pristine and aesthetical, just waiting to be revealed. Our health, wellness is the sign of who we are, how our society agrees on keeping things tidy, and how it educates, influences its citizens.
To create architecture of excellence that enriches the human experience and spirit and through Green Well Tech (GWT) design approach, by aligning to the wider United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) while staying true to our founding values.
Nurturing the Communities.
Though the technical aspects of buildings and their adaptability to potential future use are crucial for the shift towards sustainable cities, and a world in balance over all, there are other aspects that will make a significant contribution to an intact environment and a healthy and content population. Martin Aerne will guide us to two of these neglected aspects and explain his hypothesis.
Increasing urbanization, sprawling developments into new towns and cities balance with health, wellness, safety and environmental priorities to influence, change and create an impact on design for residential towers. In identifying these elements, the world aligns with the purpose of design that ultimately leads to genuine sustainability.
As designers we have a responsibility to positively contribute to the empowerment of our communities, cities and environments.
In our modern day society technology has become ubiquitous, and as in every industry technology has indeed played a significant role in the wellness and health industry by providing new and innovative ways to diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses (electronic health records, telemedicine, wearable devices, medical imaging and now Artificial Intelligence and machine learning). But beyond treatment there are new expectations for the health and wellness industry which are deeply inspired by hospitality standards and are creating a shift of the main focus to new aspects of the user experience.
